43rd Avenue Light Industrial
Dual 62,000 sq ft Industrial Buildings — Vancouver, WA
Project Description
The 43rd Avenue Light Industrial project features two large commercial buildings designed by Wilson Architects, PLLC. The elevation drawings, shown above, depict the clean Type II-B light industrial facade — a flat-roof metal panel building with parapet, multiple grade-level loading doors, and personnel entries spaced across 13 bays (North) and 15 bays (South). Both buildings offer flexible open floor plans suited for a range of commercial and light industrial tenants. Architectural permit drawings for both buildings are available for download below.
